Descripción y detalle de las actividades
• Create Master Production Schedule.
• Interface with Planning, Production, Sales & Purchasing to assure the raw material availability and define machine and man power needs to meet customer requirements.
• Update ERP with Finish Good, Subassembly & Raw Material Strategies per Quarter or as needed by Business.
• Update Forecast thru the MPS Module to generate a Master Production Schedule. .
• Create mechanisms and collaboration channels with different departments to assure the raw material, machine and man power availability.
• Identify and react to raw material, machine and man power fulfillment disruptions to meet customer requirements, forecast & future sales opportunities.
• Implement the corrective action plans to achieve On Time Delivery to customer, and Past Due goals.
• Update the standard lead time sheets as require by the business.
Experiencia y requisitos
- +5 Years of experience as an MPS Experience in Low Volume - High Mix environment
- Bilingual
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in EXCEL (Power BI deep knowledge is a Plus)
- MRP, MPS, Kanban, FIFO, JIT Deep ERP knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles
