Main Responsibilities:

• Create process manufacturing related to production and molding area
• Design engineer and new products, understand manufacturing process, create work structures.
• Run process validations for molding and manufacturing
• Train operators on new key process.
• Improve existing process.
• Implementation and improvement of scientific molding process.
• Develop maintenance plan for molding machines and tools, control for spare parts, complete validations, acknowledge on machine shop (new or repaired tools).
• Review with vendors the quotes, designs, validations and timelines.
• Solve and review day to day activities and problems for molding area, solve molding problems and cosmetic and quality issues.
• Investigate customer complains
• Develop and implement maintenance plan
• Management of the preventive maintenance system.
• Run validations for new products on molding area and for current products.
• Follow up with the vendors for repair tools.
• Follow up to bring new pieces with vendors.
