Education/ Experience: BS in Engineering or Business Administration Master’s degree is preferred Medical Devices experience is mandatory Green Belt / Black Belt Certified in Lean-Sigma is preferred 10+ years of experience in medical industry (Production, Engineering, Planning, Quality) preferable. 5+ years of Production Manager with a strong personal management (Coaching and Talent Development) 3+ years of experience with Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Systems (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, etc.), Project Management, Product Transfer / NPI Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Agile, o9) preferred. Strong P&L experience Skill/ Job Requirements: Excellent oral and written skills in English and Spanish with the ability to do effective presentations for different organizational levels. Knowledge of the Quality System requirements such as ISO-13485 and MDSAP Knowledge of Operations Management, including resources and capacity planning as well as project management. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement through Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean Sigma, Root Cause problem solving techniques) Knowledge of Financial concepts applied to Manufacture, including budget preparation and spending management. Excellent leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage complexity and translated to actions.
