5. Calibration System Management • Manage and oversee the calibration program for measurement and test equipment • Ensure all equipment is calibrated, properly identified, and within calibration validity • Coordinate external calibration services with certified suppliers as needed • Maintain traceability to national and international standards 6. Nonconformance Management • Ensure proper identification, documentation, and disposition of nonconforming product • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions (CAPA) • Monitor defect trends and generate reports 7.
