3. Administrative Responsibilities Oversee project documentation and ensure accurate record‑keeping. Review and approve purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and cost tracking. Manage, evaluate, and coordinate suppliers and contractors. Ensure correct development and control of Bill of Materials (BOM) per project. Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership. Ensure readiness and compliance for internal and external audits. 4. Required Competencies Technical Competencies Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid). Strategic planning and project portfolio management. Project financial management and cost control. Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, Monday, Asana, etc.). Risk management and data‑driven decision‑making. Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement (preferred). Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management 2+ years leading high‑impact projects or cross‑functional teams Language: Advanced English (mandatory). Certifications: PMP (preferred), Scrum (preferred). Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in manufacturing or technical project environments (preferred). 6.
